Campus Tour Application


Campus tours are available provided they do not interfere with the university’s educational and research activities. The tours are operated by Do Co., Ltd. under contract with the university and are offered for a fee.
If you would like to participate in a campus tour, please carefully review the Application Information and Important Notes and complete the required information via the Campus Tour Application Form.

Notice for Prospective Campus Tour Participants (Updated July 15)

Campus tours are unavailable during the following periods due to entrance examinations and other university-related activities:

August 1, 2026 (Sat) – October 4, 2026 (Sun)

November 2, 2026 (Mon) – March 1, 2027 (Mon)

March 6, 2027 (Sat) – March 21, 2027 (Sun)

March 27, 2027 (Sat) – April 12, 2027 (Mon)

If you plan to take this year’s entrance examination, please contact us by phone for consultation before applying.

Available Tour Hours

Weekdays: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
(Excluding event days, the periods listed above, and administrative closure periods.)
High school students and prospective applicants may participate until 5:00 p.m. (negotiable depending on circumstances).

【Administrative Closure Periods】
August 10, 2026 (Mon) – August 20, 2026 (Thu)
December 28, 2026 (Mon) – January 4, 2027 (Mon)

Application Deadline

Please submit your application at least one week before your preferred tour date.

Fees

Campus tours are free for high school students and prospective applicants.
For all other visitors, a fee of ¥1,000 per person will be charged.

Group Size

Visitors other than high school students and prospective applicants must participate in groups of 4 to 15 people.

Photography Policy

  • Video recording is not permitted.
  • Photography is allowed; however, please ensure that students, faculty/staff members, and artworks are not included in your photos.
  • Posting photographs taken during the tour on social media or other internet platforms is strictly prohibited.

Important Notes

  • Please refrain from participating if you have a fever or are feeling unwell.
  • Parking and bicycle parking facilities on campus are not available for visitors. If you arrive by car, please use a nearby paid parking lot. If you arrive by bicycle, please use a nearby bicycle parking facility.
  • During the campus tour, you will be required to wear a designated visitor name badge provided by the university.
  • Please keep noise to a minimum during the campus tour so as not to disturb classes and research activities.
  • Video recording is not permitted. Photography is allowed; however, please ensure that students, faculty/staff members, and artworks are not included in your photographs. Posting photographs taken during the tour on social media or other internet platforms is strictly prohibited.
  • Applications are accepted only through the online application form. Applications submitted by telephone will not be accepted.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee participation. We may be unable to accommodate your request due to scheduling constraints or other circumstances.
  • Tours may not be available during otherwise eligible periods due to staff availability or other operational reasons.
  • The university accepts no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, theft, loss, or other incidents that may occur during the campus tour. Thank you for your understanding.
