March 18th, Thu: Fine, little rain later
Now our students are on spring break, and our campus was so quiet.
In the morning, I attended some meetings.
At 3 PM, we conducted emergency drills to get ready for earthquakes.
In the courtyard of the A building, we learnt how to use extinguisher. Then they asked for volunteers to try to put out the fire using the fire extinguisher. I have never used extinguisher, so I volunteered to do that. During this emergency drill, our staffs and teachers seemed quite excited.
In the evening, I went to the French restaurant “Chez Toto” in Nagoya to attend a farewell party for Ms. Mayuka Ishiguro. Ms. Ishiguro worked for us as a part-time staff.
15 people attended the party and we had a great time. Ms.Ishiguro looked so happy to receive a bouquet and present.
Here, I introduce two wood prints “Kikyou Fusen” and “Nogiku no Komichi” which I created for the cover of a literary arts magazine “Komaki.”
